At Xpro we are entirely focused on the musical instruments and audio market. We have a complete marketing chain, selling directly from the factory to the customer, with inventory sales in the free trade zone, wholesale distribution of our inventory with warehouses in each country, supplying local stores and marketplaces, as well as physical and online stores for direct consumer sales with warranty and pre and post-sale service.
At Xpro Trade we perform the same work as the most important distributors in Miami. Our great advantage is that we operate directly in the region, with greater presence from our sales representatives in each South American country. We have immediate stock, delivering small direct orders to stores or direct from the factory to distributors within the week, assisting our clients in the import process and strengthening our long-term relationships.
Founded in 2002, we are pioneers in online sales since 2010, which gave us a significant competitive advantage during the pandemic in recent years. We continue managing prestigious companies; in 2012, we acquired VMR and its factory LEEA, in 2019, we acquired the Fama Music subsidiary in Chile, and in 2020, we acquired the Uruguay subsidiary with all its brands, including Gibson, Cort, Epiphone, Orange, KRK, Taylor, and others. Also in 2020, we acquired the Penn Elcom UK subsidiary in Argentina, continuing with its Chilean subsidiary in 2021 and representing the brand throughout South America. In 2023, we have the honor of continuing the operation of CASA AMARILLA in Chile, the first music store in this country with 104 years of experience.
We distribute our products and represented brands throughout most of Latin America, always experiencing growth and expansion. Currently, we have 7 exclusive XproStore and Fama locations.
